How it is possible that the same guy that was in a game judges the Ban Request and now the Complain Request?
This is a clear conflict of interest. To me he is just abusing his position to cover the fact that the game was started unfairly.
Also I have read many times the in game rules and there is no mention at all to 10 secs to start games. It looks to be just an excuse to close the topic.
Could I get a response from another Admin?

As I got it from your complaints, the problem is player stacking. As at this time player stacking is not bannable on our server, here are the rules https://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php/topic,1425.0.html#post_ingame .

So now when we got that done, let me give you my personal oppinion, just becouse a lot of players complain about stacked games.

Every player has 10 sec before game start to leave the game, every player has a right to use locked, !rs, !sd (using these  commands it is easy to detect a stacked game, also there are server wide well known stacker hosts) commands in the lobby. So if you stay in that kind of game it is by your choice, no 1 forced you to start it, so why complain after the game ? Do I approve game stacking personally not, but I leave a stacked game when I see 1 if I do not want to play a stacked game, stackers are a part of our server too, and they have right to stack ^^ (some players enjoy to play vs stacker hosts), look at it this way it s like in politics there are 2 different fractions, they are same people living in the same country but they have a different oppinions in how the country should be organized.
