at this game
the enemy team members tried to votekick davion
he was'nt the best player but he was an annoying tank (for us) and a better player then them ...(in my opinion)
as the enemy team members tried to votekick him, only 3 enemy members voted yes... so I did think maybe he talked too much or something like that or pissed his allies...
AND ALL HİS İTEMS WAS STİLL THERE while this first voting happens
I didnt want to votekick him just because 3 of his allies are trying to votekick...
you know being unfriendly or just playing bad isnt a reason to votekick...
he didnt feed on purpose or anything like that...

so I didnt vote yes immediately
as you can see from the chat window (from the player who complains and get me rebanned )

after ı didnt see him for a while ı thought maybe he is afk or something and voted at the second voting...

if I voted at first it would be a votekick abuse... (so we can play 5vs4 ) but ı didnt, because ı know sometimes team members cant really get well with each other and it is NOT a reason for a votekick... we didnt know he sold his items... and he sold them after the first votekick ı guess...
