Situation: while we playing there was a voting about a player at opposing team...
3 enemy team member (not 4 ) voted yes to kick him (and the player who was about to voted were playing better than them) so ı think it is better to wait for their 4th player to voted before ı vote to avoid votekick abuse... (vote expired shortly after)

after this another vote happened and this time ı voted YES (because ı didnt see the enemy hero who was voted and think he was afk)

and he votekicked... just 2 minute before game ends

the enemy team member requested ban about us for not voting at first but as you can see from the chat window
THERE ARE ONLY 3 VOTE from their team at the first vote
and also 2 of my team members vote yes because the Dragon KNİGHT was the annoying enemy tank...

so how can it be my fault
ı waited because ı didnt want to votekick abuse a player
ı voted immediately after ı see the situation and enemy votes reach a number

AND I BANNED BECAUSE OF VOTEKİCK ABUSE?

didnt you inspect the chat window and see there was only 3 enemy team vote at first voting...
isnt it agaisnt the rules (he was playing while the first voting and we couldnt know the situation at that time)
