Complaint about votekick

So i was kicked claiming that i feed on purpose.

Im really bad with slark, you can check all my games with slark to verify it.

Meanwhile sejtura claims that the kick was justified.

Does it mean that anyone who feeds with his hero (and i see it EVERY game) can be kicked? Recently i saw some guy banned for typing !votekick 1 time. But i guess if a MODERATOR says its ok then anyone who plays bad can be kicked

In 4 minutes you died 3 tiems... It is not about feeding, we all have bad games and feed sometiems... It is about you were dying. You go str8 to me and nerub without any care, like you dont care at all...

I didn't vote for some time, but when you made it 2-11 and your team got upset, yes, i voted for it. Because you directly ruined game by dying and feeding.

Like i said... 17 creeps for 29 minutes of play... cmon...

if you are 2 11 and your team votes for kick its justified.

- The !votekick command should only be used against players who are ruining the game intentionally by feeding on purpose, exposing or destroying items, abusing bugs/cheating, obstructing allies etc.

The rules only apply when its convenient for you, right?

There are no intentional deaths, only deaths because of playing bad. Rewatch the replay

I see 2 ways out of this

1. Setjura apologizes for wrong votekick. Yes, i played bad etc but that doesn't mean that moderators can kick me like that.

2. Setjura gets warned because maybe it will be good idea for moderator to finally read the RULES

First of all... I didn't start vitekick.

Like i said... u played carry, Slark. Had 17 creeps for 29 minutes of game. Because of you, your team lost. And once again, the way you were dying made me think you doing it on purpose.

You deserved Kick, all from your team voted for that for several times.

So votekick ( not my decision ) is justify.

And i won't apologize for doing my job ( vote kicking you ). Even if i did wrong, i wouldn't apologize because you been threatend me. Like how you gonna show me how small i am etc etc.

So my way out of this is ... @ksv watch replay, see how Slark was dying, if i was wrong, let us all know.

Once again... I did not start votekick against you!
So why you complain only about me ? Do you want all of us to apologize to you for your aweful game, feeding and 0 creeping in 29 minutes of play ?

Sure thing, read the rules once again and you will see who can get kicked for what.

How did you even become a moderator? Tried to read the rules at least once before banning people? Perhaps there should be an investigation on how someone who doesn't know the rules can ban people.

Dont try to go into this hypocricy like you didnt start the votekick. Its clear you are moderator and people look up to you. If you say votekick is justified then people vote !yes. Dont push the blame to someone else, its your blame and you are the one who should be questioned about it

I feeded with slark just how ANYONE usually feeds with venomancer etc, other heros in my team. Nobody kicks them? Now in this particular game you decided to kick me, not mentioning shit you told me in pm.

Stop acting like good guy. You saw i didnt feed, just played bad. However you didnt stop the votekick, you encouraged it. That means only 2 things: either you dont know the rules or you decided to act above the rules, decide which 1 it is

It is clear that kicking players for bad score/bad plays is not allowed. Only intentional game ruiners. If we start kicking every feeder (especially in low psr games) then most games will end with 7-8 players.

In my opinion luke is right.
