It becouse you are banned on multiple accounts, on more than one account, and you were previusly banned by a Admin for the same reason. From that we all can see that you just don\t want to respect the rules, becouse there is no redemption, eaven in this try of who know what this is, you don\t apologize or similar, you are asking for a explanation whay, and blaming others, that is just pure gold. You should know better.
