5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
This is shame. Sir.Gawain gave up from the game and he wasted 3000-4000 gold on observers and sentries and placed them in our base or near base and he was doing that from 23-24 until we finally lost. Our team had chances, Sir.Gawain reduced our vision so he is responsible for over 20 deaths of our team. That was not enough and he bought Tome of experience 2 or 3 times after that. And he was wasting his hero skills around the map, did his best to lose the game.
For _JODA_, he saw what Phoenix did. I tried to votekick Sir.Gawain but _JODA_ refused to unmute and to give us a chance to communicate with other team about problem in our team, and this is accomplice in a crime and refusing to votekick.
The saddest part is if Phoenix wanted to help us we was stronger and with Magina in team we could win easily.
7. Player must not ruin the game by:
      f) Refusing to Votekick a player who is ruining the game (intentional mass feeding/sabotaging team mates or the game, see also point 8 for valid votekick scenarios) may lead to a ban.

@Addict3d2net  can confirm everything. And please give not less ban than a week to Sir.Gawain.
