My question is why ban in this request? /time command is not used, screenshot is cut off and no link. Is that screenshot from 2020?
Important to mention is svaba-11 (Noci on forum) is target and provoked in this case. You allowed cice to insult me and Noci on forum personal messages, obvious proofs are not accepted as proofs and he sent me another private message this night, he also provoked Noci with whispers and you ban svaba for his answer.

Cice is not here to play, he only wants conflicts and you allow his behavior. Noci/svaba-11 is target here and you should unban him.

And 7 days IP lock is not enough, he did it before and he still does his stuff.
