  Note: they are in-game buddies
  Just a moose who tends to have and use his server powers without  appreciate reason
• And finally, there are a plenty of players who are unhappy with this person's powers and behavior;
  Not all of them are using forum, so its probably better to dig in game chat logs and see what he is usually doing and how he behaves; Eventually spams with !ff, eventually flames people, eventually refuses to play, etc. If it will affect his case somehow, i can dedicate time and find way more cases, not just today ones

Administrator allready talked to him , he has been noted about these things.
And if it continues , administrators will solve it in a more critical matter.
Regarding this matter, it was solved in private.
But since i opened this topic to the public, you are now updated with it.
