Complaint about ksv decision

After I wanted to get legion666 banned for racism in this request: https://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?topic=191118.0 "ksv" merely gave him a warning. Today legion666 whispered my friend ZiggySobotka as such:

So long as these racist players get away from ban, no matter how much "warning points" you give them they will continue racism. That's why I want him banned not "warned".

Like I mentioned in your ban request, It was hes first time he got a ban request for this kind of behaviour, hes a active player since 2017, its a bit unclear why legion whispered your friend, may you elaborate on that, hm theres no need maby he did it just a bit too much, I\ll give him a 1 day ban too.
