As a staff member, i would never try to enrage someone and provoke him with votekick... Also i would care for my team to win, i wouldn't kick someone without reason just because "i am playing for fun"... As you see, other teammates care for good game and win.

I think warn is rightful sanction because he was provoked and he has no record about family flame before.
