An obvious improvement.
But looks a bit weird (and i think it's actually from the lack of content, not design itself). Can't really put my finger on it, but it's definitely there.

In some text-pages / wiki .. the contrast seems a bit harsh on eyes. Makes it hard to read too much text.

Also give some love to the banlist page/subpages.
