Common flames [waiting for valid explanations]

This part of rules set is weird:

- Retard, idiot, b*tch, motherf*cker and similar expressions are considered as common flames.

How comes it is not bannable (if not excessive), if it is still hate speech?
Always wondered, but thanks to this board, i can ask publically now

Can`t we just ban everyone who flames around, why is it even an exception?

As for your suggestion, here is why> a lot of toxic and hold players, have a lot of time and evrytime the see something as "fuck" they make a ban request just becouse they can. Anyhow, someone who abuse anything after the mods review of the case will get a sanction.

what is funny here is that someone who does his own rule violations like pausing game,saving game and leaking paswords online comes here to complain about the minorest offenses.

I think many rules need to be reworked because some were added to prevent abuse of moderators. For example if hate speech is punishable means moderator can ban for any word against him or others, even "noob" or "idiot". Same other can report for any word and moderator can ban them according to rules. Basically there was not as much trust inside staff as now, so rules were used to balance things. But no community can work this way, fighting each other inside, as you see it collapsed. Now we have different admins and different mods and no abusers, so i think you need to remove these outdated rules now and make normal ones

Again out of the sudden with false statements, i mean that picture is exactly opposite, - you listed probably most minor offenses towards community, compared to what i am pointing out; I find it obvious, honestly

Except passwords leak, tho, i do not even want to know, why you include me in your personal data leak issues;

But i can share a good tip once again - having same / similar passwords on various services, can lead to leak of even more serious data;
Someone can save it for perfect moment and reveal later to destroy your life, it works, i hope you know this;

My suggestion is to think multiple times before posting anything; I mean, since 2013, from what i have checked, a lot of your posts are faced with surprisement of your interlocutors, because you used to go either with incorrect statements, either with absolutely unrelated arguments;
