pausing game

should we start to consider pausing game without asking before an offense from now on? i just played a game with some toxic players and they were pausing and unpausing game in the middle of action. that should be punished cuz players are abusing with it. give your thoughts.

It is allready in rules, just noone is reporting it.
Its Command Abuse
If someone is Using it in middle of fights , and gets reported with that description , he would be sanctioned for Command abuse.
