Horrible server lags?

The only good thing about this server is ping stability and smooth games. Lately, it's starting to become unplayable with these horrific lags.

Is this fixable or not?

About lags - i believe that everything is fixable, especially about this specific problem; It is not unrecoverable type of problems !

From time to time i have been experiencing lags but today was a bit higher than usual. Hope it will be fixed.

It wasn't just this evening, it comes in waves with a few days in-between.

I mean todays lags are server-related, while another lags you guys experienced, were related mostly to your country and providers, due to massive people lockdown

I'm having 150mbps + I'm always using ether so that shouldn't be an issue since it's working perfectly fine, supporting much, much heavier things than Ebnet. If I remember correctly, the server runs on a 1gbps? That should also be enough to handle many more players than this sudden increase that happened.

U should spare comments to stupid people who think they know everything. I asked about lags few days back and Cen said he cant do anything to fix them exept of restarting bot which i guess he did but seems like the problem still persist.

Nah, I'm pretty sure Monax knows his stuff, and indeed it might be a country/provider related problem, however, I believe that's not the case here.

The reason it is hard to do anything is:
1. Not a single line of code changed on the bots
2. Same server
3. No major change in server load
4. Ping seems reasonable (50 for me right now)

Right now I lack the tools to identify what the actual problem is. I have no metrics and packet time measurements in bots or gproxy to really see what is going on. :/

The reasonable explanation is that since whole europe is in lockdown the internet connections are highly loaded and the experience is worse. But I have no actual data to back this up or find the source of the problem.

The server provider should have downtime metrics.
And unless the server provider is on the shitty side, the external internet issues shouldn't affect it. They usually provide dedicated internet lines. 

As for Europe i can think of only 2 actual good server hosts:
OVH - France
ROMARG - Romania

I had some time ago weird 1 second delay with fast forwarding after in some games but dont think its same.

Any hacker around here to burn down rgc>?

I have crazy idea, maybe rgc thinks the same and is ddosing?

Everything is restarted now, disk freed. Hopefully it gets better.
