05:20 Until this time he stayed on lower ground in mid and lina hit him many times from higher ground. He could wait for creeps to come to tower.  In 05:20 lina killed him first time.
06:24 : chased lina until top tower for around 20 secs, I am sure he is certainly aware of enemy teleportation to tower. He died as a result of gank in their tower.
13:36 : Suicided in bot gank.
16:47 : again chased AA when other heroes are nearby and visible in map and died in 2 seconds without any help.
18:00 : went too far away without any ward and was ganked of course. died in 1 second.
26:34 : TP directly into enemy heroes and died.
29:28 : Again suicide in gank with no help.

At the end, he finished 2/14 as mid player. He got the highest PSR in game, thats why game is balanced.

He is an experienced player. He can avoid dying like that.

Sometimes we all have bad day and not play well...
He was trying, he didn't ruin the game and also he wasn't dying on purpose.
Also i saw him in almost every team fight, while you were creeping and not helping team. You didn't even want to port and help... Most of the time you were arguing.
