4) i dont know what specific to say,he ruined as much as he could,he even made divine and give to enemy with purpose,this is not first time i report this game,it looks like he s passing away without any punishment all the time,and i know he reported manny times for other ppl.
5) keep on mind he got manny new accs ready to destroy games and sabotage.

I saw he was building Divine for Zeus... he refused to push, team fight and died on purpose in their base just to give them Divine.
