What is more disturbing i see that the guy who posted complaint about this decision was warned and complaint closed: http://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?topic=189771.0

What's happening? Who is that guy, a VIP? If people get banned just for complaining about him not getting his ban?

The complain will be answered when we internally reach an agreement, it was closed to avoid further useless spam posts.
