Can't register for server account using gmail through academic domain

Hey, so I was interested in playing DOTA 1 here, but I can't register for a server account due to the whitelist not recognizing my email domain. Thing is it is essentially a google gmail account, but the address uses my academic institution's domain.

Is there anyone I can PM about this?

or create for one off use new email acc somewhere else and use that to register, once you have acc crated, u wont need that email anymore.

create the account with a gmail account, without your university's domain .edu
if you don't have a gmail account then PM me and i'll create an account for you
