Jimmy gave a player 4 days ban and 2 warns which is a good decision.
(I guess that votekick abuse part was just for the sake of pointing out such thing is bannable as well, since writing !votekick once against someone was never a bannable thing, and that full ban length was based on national intolerance.)

Ban is now applied as it was decided.

Ban duration is not too short, it is in line with the rule book sanctions. Rule book sanctions are recommendation to moderator but moderators can deviate from that as they think is proper. That explains the difference between cases.

Decision was correct just not applied. Closing.
