at mınute 43 goblin used rocket to explore where i am and all game riki found us without ward

It is an interesting moment but no mh on both. Riki just wanders aroun an empty forest for 1 minute searching for enemy when nobody is there.

And that rocket is not that questionable, you were seen TP and were pinged by his teammate, a smart player would waste that rocket into that forest just to check.

All in all, not even close really.
