game ruining /family related flame / anti team refuse to ply with team

he start not gank with team and only in wood after mid failed and start cry because he fail too and blame us he just gank with team at start of game later he stop and go wood and start flame with no reason only because mid is failed he blame bara .

from min 25 and up to end of games he just stay in wood most time avoiding play with team and
for family flame I post secreen shot he flam me for no reason and I did not say any thing to him just he mad because he die at early time of game but we gank with him but his move was very bad and he start flam me for nothing and next he type ff and start be in wood for most of the game.
we tray to defn most game and he not even with us he only come at late when most rax gone.
