Little bit of history: Gypsy problmem is not Romanian problem but an european one. They came in Europe like 300 years ago or smt like that, from india or pakistan or whatever, they are not Romanian born. They just settled in eastern-central euopean contries such as Romania, Builgaria, Hungaria, Serbia and Slovakia, cs they couldn t get in western Europe contries.
