Is allowed to have multiple accounts but is not allowed to avoid ban with them (being banned on one and playing from another one).

About feeding: you didnt mentioned if was intentional or provided times when he did it (intentional). It looks like he just failed. Re-open the ban req if I'm wrong and will be checked.
