Ban and Unban Reqest's.

First of all,
This is neither flaming against the mods, nor i want to say bad word against them, but honestly i think i have to.
There are several ban and unban mods, but yet there are over 5 pages unsolved request, whatsoever there are single solved request's but like 1 per page. AGAIN, i know mods are not paid for this job, they do it for free and it's in their free will of taking care of OUR request's, but atleast you guys should make a schedule who solves when and on what time, so you can comprehens the time.

That's why i wrote this post, you may could divide the work equally for every mod, so one mod does solves from X to Y hours, the other one fro Z to Q maybe...
