Dota 6.88 afk-kicked due to low XP gain [SOLVED]

As it should , that player was AFK 4 minutes at start, we allow 2.

If you consider this a "feature" than I am sorry. This "feature" has ruined a game, because I had to open doors at my home.

Maybe let's have a "feature" that will kick people who got firstblooded before 2nd minute too? Let's ban people who farm too much ? Kick because of  non-team-gameplay, because of lags, high ping, wrong items considering counter builds...

Script is wrong IMHO. It's bug from my POV and it ruined game - which is fact.

Not much I can do personally unless we try to block kickafk in some way on bots. This is better to be discussed on d1stats forums.

I guess, it can be annoying sometimes and there are situations where you need to afk. However, i don't think its really unfair if you barely do anything in a game and the game detects you as an afker. You came to play a map with quick and dynamic gameplay afterall

You've been detected as AFK for not receiving EXP, it's normal. In the end, your team can decide if they want to keep you or not

This was first implemented in dota 2 as a way to kick those who were staying afk. Here in lagabuse is quite different because we already have a -kickafk option. I don't think there's anything wrong with having 2 ways to kick afk players as long as they don't get abused somehow.
The one problem I see with afk kicking players for not getting exp for the last 5 or whatever minutes is when someone is playing Techies. Techies can go minutes without getting any exp by planting mines in base to def it or get kills next to the t3 towers, which can sadly count as getting kicked for being afk for not getting any exp for the last couple of minutes. Again, it's best if we wait and see how it goes here, only time will tell how good this option actually is.

it is not problem. you can buy exp book in shop then u will have equal lwl with other players

Yeah, completely not a problem, especially when you have ally voker/storm midlaner, while playing techies Gotta read all the shit out of these exp books

That obiously is not an answer, as game could continue without any problem after 3-4 minutes. As some teammate has  already died or just got disapointed about his cs, he will simply hit -kickafk evenif he see me coming to the lan. It is just more confortable for him to start new game.  So kickafk is also possible to  exploit basicaly. General description of this problem is - overregulation.

If you prefer not to spend any of your time thinking about this problem, just do not contribute please.

Nobody can kick you for being afk for 3-4 minutes. On the other hand nobody wants to play a game where people randomly go afk for more than 5 minutes.
Rules and regulations are meant to improve games experience. Without rules every game on lagabuse.com would have people using mh, flaming, refusing to play, intentional feeding, going afk etc. Now of course we might need to go afk once in a while because we need to do something irl that's why there are unban requests, as long as your afk is justified.
If you don't have the time to finish a game then simply don't start it, nobody wants a teammate who goes afk every other minute.

I wanted to say that you either get autobanned for being afk, or you can get banned for being afk.
Point is, we allow you to be afk for 2 mins, while DotA (as a map) allows more.

I, and tho it might be only my personal point of view, think that first 10 minutes are very important for a carry.
