5: Dunno why but goblin flamed this guy who happen to somehow be detected as AFK because he was placing mines first 5 mins and was still lvl 1.

I would assume melo06 kicked him cuz of the flame.And I think this is command abuse.If a person flames you you !ignore / report him afterwards not seek revenge in game by such childish behavior.This action resulted in a lost 4v5 game.

PS.I flamed him later on because of this and somewhat rightly so.

Regarding the Flame, i could ban him for this.
And regarding this Particular request for Command Abuse:
In Minute 11 , Goblin was Level 1.
Meaning that he had no impact during 10 minutes of the game, that is considered worse than AFK, since our AFK system tolerate 120 seconds [AFK] , and other Situation is "Refusing to Play" , which can also be applied here for reason listed above.
With this said, player can not be banned for Command Abuse.
