reason : he always makes team ( no balance )
after he swap noobs to enemy team or pro players for his team.
after no balance no answer no stop with (!a) and whisper is blocked.

That isn't bannable because hosts can swap players to another slot which's he wants,i suggest you to leave from lobby if you don't want to play with a team like that
