2: NickName of the player that you want to be banned : pajco
3: What rule did he/they break : all game lagged
4: between minute 10 - 45  (till game finished) almost all game
5: All game he had internet problem he didnt fix it and he didnt leave game , we couldnt votekick him  , because he was owner the game. and he didnt accept to leave the game. and can somebody tell me why we cant kick the owner of the game? its not fair , he fucked the game of other 9 players.
