Just because you apologise to him and because you are 1st on ladder I can give you one and last chance. If you get reported again for any kind of flaming your account will be banned permanently.

Section Leader gave his word , noone here can unban you.
My advice is to contact Administrator, but i honestly doubt that would help , since we respect and value decisions made by our Colegues.
