all game he only play solo, he never helped the team, never heal anyone or buy a dust. All he did was run invi in fights and just ks. He whispered me multiple times calling me a gipsy and other injuries on my family and specially on my mother (i don't know how to capture screen or do print screen for whispers, it always does on windows screen).
You can see at min 71 when we were all defending he was down lane farmin or "pushing" with a few creeps when it was obvious they were pushing to finish game. This is only one part of the whole game that he ruined

Situation from 70th minute can be interpreted differently and can be considered as a situation to get the player Warned, not banned.
Tho if u can upload with Full Screen captured [ your OS time/date stamp ] , we could use that , since u mentioned in request that there is Family Flame , and also National intolerance.
