my opinion is zoom out should stay becouse u should be able to see the portion of the map as is the radius/wiev distance of your hero....
i mean whats the point of haveing 1800 wiev distance on a hero if u dont see half of that on your screen

I think it should be fixed to a certain amount larger than regular (2000 let's say)
