4. First rule was broken around 3-4 minute from the start and second rule around 25 minute when enemy team pushed
5. Player start insulting and insisting on staying mid, he throw me at enemy tower with tiny second skill and their got free first blood, after that he refuse to play, just staying passive for some period at the lane. Later he did not participate in defending left side last tower and barracks.
