I have problem, pls help!!!

Guys I have a little problem.
For example, when someone play Bloodseeker and use second spell for silence, I didnt see the red circle, or Nevermore razes, or Dragon Knight fire spell etc.
Pls can someone tell me what is the problem here?

It doesnt help i try everything, reinstaling gam, restarting PC.. Same
Any other solution?
