Please help about program crash

my program everyday crashes. Simply closing the program and make view an error board.

What are your PC specs? Especially OS and RAM

i7-6700HQ @2.6GHz

Win7 Professional 64-bit

When did you start crashing? Also, maybe you installed something recently: firewall, antivirus etc?

I installed Warcraft last week and this new installed program started doing this.
I will try reinstall...
I only update windows recomended updates.

Here it is, yesterday reinstalled the hole game(W3+FT+gproxy) with your installer and now crashed again with "bachu" username.

I mean with newly installed FT and gproxy.

I realy dont know what to do... its anoying.

This report will have state of your game, so they will more easy find the root of the proglem


Can you start the game without XPAM client at all? Will it crash too?
If so, how successful was your Warcraft 3 installation/patching process? Maybe there were some errors

Did you reinstall the game completely? I mean, have you tried also deleting old warcraft3 folder (after uninstalling it may still exist) along with same folder in your documents? (probably in my documents/my games/warcraft3 or my documents/warcraft III or something; i don`t remember)

This ID is related to your game state that you`ve sent them, so they obviously have more info
But try to complete reinstall before it

Also you could let some of us  use teamviewer to locate something weird in your PC and fix it;
