He did not break enough rules to get any ban or warn; Stealing is not bannable;

I know, he is extremely bad player with bad behavior in chat and at all. It is 2017 year and he still is not able to learn anything in this map.  In every game i meet him, i see the same situation about him.
He will keep getting his leo/zeus/any_else_hero and get wrong items, going in wrong places. He does not realize that agha/refresh build on zeus is ultraverybad, he does not realize that his general playstyle is literally same in every game, it is template and this is bad; he does not realize that he wins his games definitely not cause of him...
Then he will blame team or specific player, he will say sad things like 'i wont play, i`m afk, go ff, noobs, i wont ward and such.
He will not learn, he will just repeat same actions again and again, he does not even realize that it is bad.
It would be ok if he would be just a noob, but that behavior in chat is really bad.

We cannot ban people for being noobs, everyone has right to play here (until he really breaks some rule)
I advise you to kick him from your lobbies if you are owner. Or ask owner to kick him, or leave the lobby. By other words, avoid playing games with him. I think you will get less stress while playing games without this cancer player.

And i won`t spend my time teaching him. I already tried it with Mara, but he went retarded again. I think this is something in their brains, something that we cannot change already. Just avoid these players.
