He was not a ruiner just a noob, and afk first 2-3 min i think not 10.

dont spam if you cant see replay, he afk more then 10 min, and afk when enemy kill him, just stay and feed

Ok i checked it sap is right he was afk for 8 min. Anyway i voted.

He was AFK for 3 minutes in base, then 2 minutes on lane. I don't think that he feeded on purpose, check his stats. Also, it seems that he was getting distracted by something in that game. Since he was AFK in small portions, the other team didn't really notice it and didn't vote.
