That effect is to much for PSC, Clara. Anyway, since we celebrate the 100th PSC and is a special event I will make an exception (but only this time). Your pic is allowed now but dont use that effect again, in PSC.

I think he used a vintage effect + Weaver effect using ipiccy. Maybe added more light as well.
