can i have take warn away?

Nazar =   warn for votekick player when all voted (i refuse to vote 3x time then i vote like all 8 ppl) and i get warn for that...
all try to kick player when hi steal all kils, 3x all vote yes me no, but ok come next vote and again 7/8 yes then ok i did wish all player, and banned for that... can sameone explain me how suppost to work it? what i need to do? thx

and tell me when i vote i get ban and warn, when i not vote the same, so its work like that, if sameone call to votekick i need vote or no? because 2 situation i get banned..

if sameone have stats 0/10 but save all of them all the time, puting wards so why i need to kick him? later when game is over they look on stats and start to vote kick who have bad stats and reported on forum for not kick? but why all game they not say nothink when (that player 0/10 roof) save them puting ward and play for team? then they say nothink, but when game over starting to blame, and i get ban, its so unfair!! rly
