Is making lothar against the rules?

Nope. Refusing to play team is against the rules (and you did that). You tried to do it in a subtle way but these guys (B&U staff) are not idiots to not notice that. You know you deserved that kick, this is not about your req being denied, this is not about you getting kicked, is (only) about the fact that others do not agree with your point of view (even if that point is a trick) and is just childish. You need to learn that the things will not always go your way, some people will have a different point of view, some may like you, others may not. The mature way to deal with it is just to let it go and accept the situation, not to try making a scene hoping that someone will take your side ->making you feel better about yourself.
Reading your question it is obvious that you are quilty. If you would be right than you would come up with a better argument.
Is making lothar against the rules? How about I hit you in the head with a baseball bat and then say to the police "Is against the law to play baseball?" ? Is all about context. The answear to your current questions is "no. it is not against the rule" but if you specify the context then you will get a ""yes. is against the rules". "Is against the rules to make lothar on Chen, farm my teammate's creeps with a support, not using ulti and etc?"
Maybe you didnt played like that with the purpose to mess with your teammates but it means you are a very low player and you should try to improve in non-ladder games. I agree that every player has the right to play but we cannot ban 8 players because they kicked a guy that had no idea how to play the game and was ruining the game... (this if you actually didnt played anti-teamplay in purpose).
