3. insulting , spamming

This guy sent me over 100 wisper messages during 1 game , and the worst part is that i didint say 1 word to him.Pls permanent ban him , this kind of behavior is unacceptable

do you have any screenshots of that?

Also you can use /Ignore or /dnd to prevent users whisper to you.
