Consider this as my final decision about this open/close voting system. Next time when you reopen it dont wait for my vote. Because for me this is only spam in this section and take my previous post. I wont change my mind   because guys had more then enough time to do it also its not matter if that work is better then others,simple.

Actually is not enough time when I have a real life + 1001 jobs here. And I didnt rushed to make 1 because it was far from closing, we were awaiting more users. About who's work was better: I rlly dont give a shit, I may be the only one here that joins only for fun. Anyway, it isnt fun as it was when I started here. It was a time when we rlly had fun with these competitions but most of those guys left. The current ones are missing the point: being agressive when we make modifications in order to get more participants, cheating by voting himself, asking friends to vote for him, complaining about winners, system, staff. I am not talking just about you. This will die as soon as I come to my senses and truly realise that I am wasting my time for all the wrong people. If you rlly like these competitions then just shut up and enjoy them

asking friends to vote for him - I hope im not in same brackets with those guys cuz my goal was to call more users here i think all are welcome but you mined my idea by saying im trying to cheat.(3-4 users probably so we would have more votes not only for me) Also i cant say dont vote for me if they like my work whats normal i think but main idea was only to collect more votes and maybe if they are interested to make works but obvious they are not also they dont want to vote also cuz they are warned for nonsense.
complaining about winners - Dont make me wrong with this one but we all know, ok,i know (and few more people) that some of winning photos actually is not the best ones. We all can vote for of course 1. best idea 2. best quality 3. best technique and im very bored when i see that work with low quality,how much time do you spend for that work,..is really the winning pic.But hey,its life and life is sometime shit.
