Xpam isnt moderator anymore and even if he would be then that makes no difference; rule-breakers get banned, no matter what friends they have.

I wasn't sure about this guy so i checked some of his other games and he flamed in each of them.

About feeding etc: seems he just failed really bad in this game, didn't see any particular sanctionable moments. He was just trying to hook from warded spots half of the game and couldn't catch anyone, had to suicide many times, kept getting caught himself. I think he just played stupidly, doubt he was ruining on purpose.
