This sf was afk for most of the game, u can see he was lvl 5 by the end. And when he played he just feeded.
I wanted to votekick him many times and ask scourge players but most of them refused to kick game ruiner.

Probably they though that the game was over and didn't want to kick because of that (at around min 17 it became obvious that sf wasn't playing). You also were starting votekicks against others which maybe confused the sentinel aswell. Also i don't think that anything could be done even if you kicked him. Silencer was trying to play but he seems to be a bad player, can't ban him for that. Sf was afk basically whole game for unknown reasons, even at the very start. Next time check stats of your teammates before the game starts, 3 of them had something like 4/9 KD which somehow explains their performance in that game.
