Avoiding bans with multiaccounting / intentionals leavings

4: When was the Rule Broken?

29:22       [All]    dIeq. has left the game voluntarily, dIeq. was autobanned.

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
Obviously another new-accer who leaves after being killed, check IPs

His account list will be checked and if he is evading ban on other accounts he may be locked on server.
