- Not about winning its about principle. If  "you"(by you i think whole community) reach certain level you should always seek for better improvement not going backward.

- Lot of guys have GFX members,GFX pro member,...and just couple of them are really trying to help and if you have that title i think that you have little responsibility about that sector what you need to do is
1st - Always try to make work first(You need to be faster then regular user/and you are "capable" to do it right because you are in GFX staff)
2nd - Try to be more active(chitchat/gallery/requests)

Im sick of guys that doing 2 jobs instead of doing 1 properly(general problem in country),if you undestand what im trying to say.You promoted lot of guys for GFX and other mods in different sections that really dont give a f*** about it and they are not active at all.

From my perspective of view we participants share the most fault for the state of GFX selection because GFX admins and mods can do shayt on this forum.

This is my observation. They really trying their best to do something but to realize that something here needs alot of time for that .When they realize the idea we people of this forum give a duck about that.Ok let me explain simplest as i can. From the start there was only few competitions and i like them alot SOTW and PSC. PSC was simple, few changed colors some adjustments and done.Was cool, then we make PMC and i was in love with this competition .Then when i look at some PSC topics  i was scratching my head and was like WTF is this PSC or PMC . From that point i tell myself OK this is going wrong and i dont want to participate in PSC again.This also apply on Special event. For me special event is well something special and unique and its rare , that how i have idea of something special but this is more like daily competitions with historical theme and thats it,so those topics numbers really triggers me same as triggers @Jeandarc on this forum and this dude have a point now , special thiggy's cannot have so many topics and numbers. Special events needs to be renamed into ''Historical events'' or something like that and let the special event be special.

From my side lack of activity is because im not(and belive im NOT THE ONLY ONE here) intrested in some competition and with the loss of  interest you will have NO TIME NO MATTER WHAT.
So i will never join PSC and ''Special events'' even if i can i will not just becouse im not interested in photomanipulated pictures in PSC and some egypt gods in Special events. Now apply my logic to someone else and you will know and you allready know that someone will never join Sotw coz it's to complicated or they dont like to work with small pictures etc you name it, there is bunch of reasons for not joining competitions oh yea or they will just play dota instead because this forum is main focused on that.

Are the mods active and do their job and is the people active aswell is for you to decide. :'D

I've tryed talk about video calls(not chatroulette) because its simple in 1 minute i can say more than i can write so if you have 30 minutes of your time we can talk about this and everything thats related to GFX. Eurobattle net have "their" TeamSpeak so its simple.
I can understand that "Special Event" is taking too much time(because stories,pics,..) but for other competitions its simple. Renovatio replace your role if you dont have time and when you both dont have time nothing happening there i understand. Why is it so hard to find some pic for competition and open new topic post "serial" number and just c/p existing rules for it(we have planty "active" gfx members).
BM and IM not started yet!..
Im not tryin to say that you are wrong or somethin but you can find replacement if you are prevented to do something in that section.
- From 24h in day / 8h(10 or 12) of day takes your work after that you are organizator of your day and i think all of us can make 30 minutes free time but even i sometime dont have time but why do you dont give a duck about it ?

Let me remind you when that section was dead, and it wasn't long time ago Renovatio (and efko too) spammed our asses to join and revive it. Just check dates on some previous competitions and you will see that there was actually 1 competition per month, now you have few competitions per week, and its thanks to those guys GFX admins/mods and their effort.

Also these competitions are supposed to be fun and a side project of this server. It is better when more people join, because its more competitive and more fun to participate against more people. I get it you have enough free time to do something everyday but most of the people don't, and that won't change by replacing mods.

I dont think it should be a problem when sb is forgetting or doing sth wrong. People can make mistake, its a normal thing. More important thing is, he/she can learn from his/her mistakes. Reno, efko actually gfx staff is doing their best. They maybe are more active than other staff. ( dont get me wrong )

But honestly, i dont think after that "problem or not doing his job well" not just reno but any other staff member would repeat it cuz they will be more carefull. (just in case, even if it repeats i dont think we should insult or report or idk what. But we could say it to him OR even sth better, if deadline is close we can pm him to inform it)

Not literally replace only one or two guys from staff should take that responsibility when they are not able to do it (dont have time,tired,etc,etc,..)

"Someone will post if he need something" ?! I think its good practice for gfx staff and can be fun as well as competitions part. (you can post request for fun you dont need to use it after you can post good idea for something like we tryed for logo) thats point of it!

"you want here and in games" - First you need to take some lessons from experienced players then you after that you can talk about games. I'm not that guy that cry here i think you are and after you cant replay on something you warn/ban someone very mature. Im wondering how do you solve problems in real life? You think that I suck at my job here, I got it, you repeated that many times in different subtle ways but how the fuck do you know that I suck at my job if you dont know what that job requires?
I think that the guy who directed Batman vs Superman sucked at his job but I'm pretty sure that I dont know what was he supposed to do and I'm pretty sure that I wouldnt do it better. All I know is that he sucked because I didnt liked it but the reality may be this one: maybe he did the best that he could do and mby he did better than anyone else could have done it, even if it sucked. I hope you understand what I mean.

When I join games I try to be silence or to be nice, I get provoked anyway, I get flamed anyway bcs there are many kids here with "fuck the police" attitude. There are to many imature guys that get hostile with me (us) just for being part of the staff. On forum: I deny some unban/ban request bcs I know I am supposed to and then I get PM with "fuck your mother retard". I give bans trying to make sure our rules are respected so this place wont became like Garena and I get PM from the ones I ban > "fuck your mother". I unban some guy, even if he got legit ban, bcs I see he has over 2k games  and some other guy PM's me to complain and to fuck my mother. No matter what I do I get flamed. If you wish I can make a thread with all the PMs got like that and I dont even warned/banned (forum) all. Now I get complaint for GFX too? Are you fucking kidding me? I was gone with some work today, now I came here to finish some awards and check competitions and B&U requests. I am tired and I done none of those bcs I had to read your crytopic and to reply here to you.

This place can live longer, some users will always be here, enough to have the forum working. Do you know when will this place die? When the staff will say "fuck this bullshit" and retire one after another. Then you will see that our work rlly counted for something and we asked nothing more than respect or, at least, ignorance from the ones like you.

Its just sad because i miss time when all members was active and new ones need to do something for their title not just to cr8 acc and make few works and get title of GFX novice.

As you can see it is full of icons (many used for the new awards). Almost 3000 icons there (64x64 size + 34x34 size).
This was done by searching the internet for WoW icons, downloading them, editing every one of them, adding the frame, saving in 64x64 size, resizing into 34x34 and then saving it once more. I did that. Started about 2-3 months ago. Worked a few hours per day. I also created the awards for them and assigned them all, since Efko was to busy. When a voting topic is rdy to be close I calculate the points, make a table, post the table, calculate how many ranking poitns each participant got and then adding them in 2 different topics (GFX ladder 2015 and GFX ladder All time). After that I update the All time hall of fame, I update the hall of fame for the respective game, I update the GFX stats topics by sorting the participants in places (2 different posts). After that I update the activity topics. After that I search for a new picture and create another competition and I check it from time to time to see how is doing till the time comes to repeat the procedure.

I get zero thanks from participants but I get an entire crytopic bcs I forgot to lock a competition when voting started giving the chance to one more user to participate?

Just to make sure everyone who reads this get it what is about: I've added one more participant after voting already started and asked 4 users (2 GFX staff members) to re-vote, this guys said that he doesnt want that because the guy should have made time to join in time, I'e explained him why I've let him and asked him to go with the conversation elsewhere in order to avoid spam and he spamed anyway. Ridiculous, I know. Even more when you think that participating in GFX is just for fun.
