You must make icon in 272x272 and then resize it to 34x34. It is the same icon, just different size. You've edited the small one to be different than the big one, from what I;ve seen.

Big and small pic was same but efko said borders are not visible so i remake it(i only put on normal so you can see clearer that black border nothing else ). And i understand that we are making icons and i did what he said make pic  and resize on 34x34 ,bigger is only so you can see what we did on that icon
