I explained myself and even tried to be polite but i really can't now.

1. About You being "arrogant". Yes you ARE arrogant. Everybody can say that if you don't take it from me.

About the unban req denied: if you post unban req and have bad score or complain in chat, as you did in that game, then ofc I can deny it by considering unplugging but trust me, till the time you will post unban req I will already forget it and, anyway, the rest of moderators are solving 90% of the unban req, small chances to have me solving it.

If you talk about me make sure you remember that you talk about ME. You just said here what you doing with some ban requests witch are really not related to me. If you talk and you are arrogant as you are make sure you know what are you talking.

In my 2 years in the staff I have never solved such request without watching the replay. To be sure that a player was kicked with reason (if that one isnt obvious from chat log) you must watch the replay to see if he played with his team, if he was sabbotaging somehow, if he was feeding in purpose, etc.

You cant decide that a player ruined a game based on the fact that failed to help his teammate ONCE. It happened in 10 seconds, maybe he was watching somewhere else in those 10 sec, maybe he was scratching his balls, maybe he was just a bad player, maybe he was drunk, upset, etc etc, you cant kick a player because he isnt paying attention to the game in every second.

Again you did not read, what a waste of time... He did not do it ONCE. He did it many times but that was final move. It was my decision that he is ruiner and i really don't regret. He was classical ruiner from start and if you ALL moderators think ALL of us are wrong then i know my place. But you really are not in that game even with your watching reply.

DotA is team game, avoiding team fights, pushes, defending and similar in order to lose may be considered as refusing to play.

That rule apply for what i said but i guess my judge is not relevant

He asked unban and got unbanned by Sky (the other Head mod). I would unban him too; also I would unban anyone who would asked unban, except reis2 because he broke the rule for the 2nd time..

Well i checked unbann requests and there was no his request there. So it's ok, if you have friend admin you can be unbanned without req. Sorry i though he was your friend but i was wrong.

You wasted my time and more of your time when you could just asked nicely unban and get unbanned.

It's not about ban. Try harder next time to read bolded letters when i made summary for you.

Summary is that you rendered bad decision based on personal judgement.

So, i feel i must write this because you will pretend that you not get it again. It's about power abuse. You got the power over other players so you can use it. That is all about. I said I was maybe wrong even if you did not post nothing to prove that I'm. (talking about your power abuse of course)

And have more respect for the staff. We are working our asses here for free. I've spent about 7 hours here in the last 3 days and 3-4 more hours offline, making icons for awards (about 300 of them till now). I dont require you to kiss my ass, I just want to be ignored. Talking trash about me on how noob I am and I am also "admin" (head moderator, remember this, an admin would not have waste his time on you) would solve what? Cant you just say "his noob but fuck him, is no point in annoying him, he will not improve and maybe he deserves to just be ignored for his work here)

I have respect and i really don't wanna annoying anyone. What you do with your time it's up to you but you are still someone who should be learned some manners.

When I've asked you to write me a summary I already opened your ban log to remove the ban but I was in a game and I was AFK so I've returned to game before I get more than 2 minutes AFK. You will get unban after I will see those flames that you said I use them in that game.

Again i will repeat myself. I don't wanna be unbanned if I'm wrong.

Do you even know whats power abuse, seriously? If he wanted to abuse his power why wouldn't he ban you permanently after that game and be done with it.

EDIT by Renovatio: You forgot to mention that we usualy give 2 days + warn ban for votekick abuse and we can also give 3 days + 2 warns if we rlly consider that it was necessary but I rlly wanted to abuse my power so I gave them just 1 day + 1 warn.

@outofmind: I need to learn manners because I told you to to learn english if you want to talk with me after you started to provoke me, trashing me that I am noob but I am "admin". You said that you didnt want unban if you are wrong so: !denied That was unjustified kick.
 About power abuse: you werent muted for provoking me, you werent kicked from channel, banned from channel, banned for that game, etc, you were banned for kicking unfair another player. You didnt pushed so he can miss pushing and he was with his team but was dying first. When he was alone was because he was farming, was early game and had mortred, seems legit. He failed and you kicked him. Most of the players here are noobs or average; this means that we can lose a shitload of players that gets tired of getting kicked from games because they arent pro at it. About the guy unbanned ask skywolf007, he unbanned him via PM because he had the brains to do that instead of writing a novel complaining about 1 day ban that was also justified.

@cyberj: it isnt the 1st time when you think you know how this system works better than BU staff. Recently you thought that wasnt fair from me to not warn a guy that flamed your mother after you asked him if his grandma died. Your excuse: "was a joke", well, maybe he flamed your mother as a joke too. Rhetorical questions: how much time did you spent as BU mod here, how many requests did you solved? You rlly think that after 2 years in BU staff you still know better than me? You didnt even read our rules.

Btw, this isnt the first time when you give us comments in Bot's reports. This is not a discussion board, stop spamming.

Also, mort was a better carry and had better stats, he mostly failed because of sniper and died in teamfights with 0 help from his teammates but doesnt matter anyway because arguing for mid isnt specified in our rules as a game ruining act (will be ridiculous to ban players for wanting mid because they think they can do better) but votekicking a player that doesnt break any rules is. And, if you rlly need to give your opinion then watch the replay, dont just read the chat. Also, BU moderators give sanctions conforming to rules, we arent writing the rules, we just follow them. If you think that our rules arent good enough than you have a rules feedback thread when you can say that we need a rule that bans players who flame mothers when asked if they grandma died and a rule that justifies kicking a player for failing or for wanting mid. One more thing: he was kick long after that mid thing bcs sniper died before he egaged to help him and, imo, sniper was dead anyway, slark was on his ass and sniper had about 150 hp or something like that, cant remember for sure, just watch the replay and then you can open a discussion about it if I;m wrong.
