Participants and GFX staff and GFX Honored members have 3 votes, first vote is 2 points, second vote is 1 point and third is 0,5 point.
Users who are not GFX staff or GFX Honored members and who are not participants in this competition have TWO votes, first vote is 1 point, second vote is 0,5 point.

Guys, I understand that some time is needed to edit a picture and to participate but why do we have to keep a voting topic opened for 1 week or even more...?
