i didnt break any rule. well if listenin to music is forbidden

this happend 2nd or 3rd time to me. i am listening to music with headphones and i just wanna remove headphones but when i unplug it game crashes i mean freezes. i go to task manager and dang! Not Responding. i cant do nothing go get back.. Same thing happend ... i lost 8 psr for nothing y. nice.
