Simply i can't ban him for those words, Yes he said and i quote "I kick muslims, i am racist" and thats it, he didn't say nothing offended about muslims in basic, its his choice is he gona love or hate some religion, we live in a world where all people turning into atheism and not ok with any religion but this is difirent subject i guess.
Basically as long as he does not show hatred in game we cant forbid him.
